FUMY stands for First United Methodist Youth.

FUMY is a youth ministry and outreach of The First United Methodist Church of Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

FUMY is a Christ centered and biblically supported youth group. It is our goal to create an environment that makes you feel loved and an integral part of the group itself.

We believe that having Jesus as your savior does not hold you back but frees you to be the person God wants you to be including but not limited to the following: being generous, funny, outgoing, caring, real, and humble. We stand strong in our beliefs but believe in an individual’s need to make their own decisions about their faith.

Senior High students meet Sunday evenings at 5 pm.

Junior High students meet Wednesdays at 6 pm. Van service is provided on Wednesdays from both PBHS and PBJHS after school.
